Camera-Ready Guidelines
Instructions for submitting your accepted paper for publication in the ICoDMI 2026 proceedings.
Important notice: Submission and presentation of a paper at ICoDMI 2026 does not guarantee indexing in Scopus or publication in IEEE Xplore. Acceptance into these databases is subject to IEEE and Scopus policies, review processes, and compliance with all formatting and copyright requirements. Authors are encouraged to review the eligibility criteria independently.
Camera-Ready Version
Template
Use the IEEE A4 paper template (two-column conference format). Available in MS Word and LaTeX.

Papers must be between 4 to 6 pages. Extra pages (up to 8 pages) are allowed with an additional charge.
PDF eXpress
We strongly recommend converting your PDF via IEEE PDF eXpress before submission to avoid formatting issues.

Go to pdf-express.org and log in.
First-time users: click "New Users – Click Here" and enter the Conference ID, your email, and a password.
An email confirmation will be sent verifying your account. Previous users should use the same password as before.
Verify your contact information is up to date before proceeding.
IEEE Copyright Transfer
Authors must complete the IEEE electronic Copyright Form via the submission system (EDAS) under the My Papers tab using the (c) link. This step is mandatory for publication consideration.

Papers accepted and presented at ICoDMI 2026 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
Submission and presentation alone do not guarantee indexing in Scopus or publication in IEEE Xplore. Acceptance into these databases depends on IEEE and Scopus review policies and full compliance with all submission requirements.
